NPI (Kettering) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Norton Property Investments Ltd acquired the six units from Carillion PLC for £1.45m and a net initial yield of 9.95%.  CBRE acted for NPI (Kettering) Ltd in respect of the purchase.

NPI (Kettering) Ltd acquired the assets with an opportunistic approach.  Freehold sales - either as investments or with vacant possession are available or alternatively leaseholds are available either as a whole unit or floor by floor.

Brooklands Court is located on Kettering Venture Park to the south of Kettering town centre. The Kettering Venture Park has excellent transport links to the regional and national road network and lies immediately adjacent to the A14 (J9) trunk road which links to the M6/M1 (J18) to the west and A1/M11 to the east.
