Purchased off-market and corporate sale/repossession assets at 12.5% yield or better. Refurbish and re-let.​

Norton acquired a number of private rental houses over two years from 2008.
​

All were repossessions/corporate sale purchases from major bank lenders including Deutsche Bank, Santander, Halifax & Nat West.
We were able to acquire these assets at significant discounts to their 2007 prices. All properties were fully refurbished and let.
​
Some assets have now been sold and others kept within the portfolio.
