Norton Property Investments has recently sold the freehold of 6 Dunkley Street, Wolverhampton to Sincere Homes Ltd (a division of Midway Care Group). The undisclosed sale price represented a great return on investment for Norton. Sincere Homes see great potential for reconfiguration of the property to create serviced flats for young autistic adults which is the primary service provided by Midway Care Group.
NPI (Kettering) Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of Norton Property Investments Ltd has concluded the letting of Unit 11 at Brooklands Court, Kettering Venture Park. Kindred Education Ltd - a fast growing chain of 19 children’s nurseries and pre-schools located across the South East and South West; have taken 2,350 sq ft (218 sq m) of grade A offices on a 5 year lease. Unit 11 will act as Kindred’s UK headquarters. Ruth Pimentel chief executive of Kindred said she was delighted with the decision to move to Brooklands Court and praised the efficiency and speed of Norton Properties in ensuring that they could take occupation when they needed to. Kindred now owns 19 nurseries across London the South East and South West. Established in 2015 the group plans to continue its expansion to get to between 25 and 30 nurseries in the next few years. Norton managing director Ben Spickernell commented that “the deal with Kindred is proof that good quality, growing SME businesses such as Kindred are keen to find a home in what is the best quality office park in Kettering. I can reveal that others are following Kindred and we have a clutch of other leasehold deals in solicitors’ hands”.
