Norton Property Investments has recently sold the freehold of 6 Dunkley Street, Wolverhampton to Sincere Homes Ltd (a division of Midway Care Group).

The undisclosed sale price represented a great return on investment for Norton.  Sincere Homes see great potential for reconfiguration of the property to create serviced flats for young autistic adults which is the primary service provided by Midway Care Group.
